All Blue Bubbles Pre-School practitioners have a wealth of knowledge and experience of

childcare. Our team is focused on working together to provide the best possible learning environment to support your child’s needs and development. 

All staff have enhanced DBS checks in place to ensure they are suitable to work with children. 

All staff hold up to date certificates in first aid, food safety and safeguarding. Staff hold relevant childcare qualifications, as well as various other training such as oral health, prevent, signs & symbols.

The Owner and Manager of Blue Bubbles Pre-School is Holly Watson. Holly has over 20 years experience working with children ranging from private nannying, running her own child-minding business, to now owning and managing her own pre-school. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Years and Early Years Initial Teacher Training Qualification. Holly is the designated professional to take the lead responsibility for safeguarding children in the provision. Holly has attended additional management and designated person safeguarding training. Holly is the Data Protection Officer for the setting.

​Our deputy manager is Megan Mallabone. Megan has many years experience working with pre-school aged children, most of these gained working at Blue Bubbles Pre-School. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies. Megan is also Blue Bubbles Deputy Safeguarding officer and has attended additional designated persons safeguarding training.

Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) is Abby Iliffe. Abby has a vast amount of experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Abby regularly liaises with outside professionals relating to her role. She holds a Level 3 for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators in Early Years Settings.
