All Blue Bubbles Pre-School practitioners have a wealth of knowledge and experience of

childcare. Our team is focused on working together to provide the best possible learning environment to support your child’s needs and development. 

All staff have enhanced DBS checks in place to ensure they are suitable to work with children. 

All staff hold up to date certificates in first aid, food safety and safeguarding. Staff hold relevant childcare qualifications, as well as various other training such as oral health, prevent, signs & symbols.

The Owner and Manager of Blue Bubbles Pre-School is Holly Watson. Holly has over 20 years experience working with children ranging from private nannying, running her own child-minding business, to now owning and managing her own pre-school. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Years and Early Years Initial Teacher Training Qualification. Holly is the designated professional to take the lead responsibility for safeguarding children in the provision. Holly has attended additional management and designated person safeguarding training. Holly is the Data Protection Officer for the setting.

The deputy manager is Jo Hilton. Jo has over 13 years experience working with adult and children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Jo has had in depth experience when supporting SEND children in a local specialist school. Jo is the provisions Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO). Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Early Years. Jo is the settings Deputy Safeguarding Officer, she is SENCO and NCFE Level 2 trained in Safe Handling of Medicines. Jo has used Makaton on a daily basis for a number of years and this is implemented into our pre-school’s everyday practice.
