Meet the team

All Blue Bubbles Pre-School staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience of childcare. Our team is focussed on working together to provide the best possible learning environment to support your childs needs and development.

All staff have relevant enhanced DBS checks in place to ensure they are suitable to work with children. All staff are first aid and food safety trained, holding relevant childcare qualifications. All staff undertake regular training courses to ensure their training and knowledge is kept up to date.

The Blue Bubbles team have been selected because of their individual skills, experience and attitude towards providing care for all children.

The owner and manager of Blue Bubbles Pre-school is Holly Graham. Holly has 14 years of experience working with children of all ages, from private nannying to runnning her own childminding business. At present Holly holds a Batchlor of Arts (Hons) in Early Years (Level 6) and will go on to complete her Early Years Teacher Training Status qualification. Holly is the designated practitioner to take the lead responsibility for safeguarding children in the provision. Holly has attended additional designated person safeguarding training, anaphylaxis and epi-pen training. 

 

The deputy manager of Blue Bubbles Pre-School is Jo Hilton. Jo has 13 years experience working with adults and children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Jo has worked in care homes, private homes and more recently has spent over 5 years supporting SEND children in a local special needs school. Jo is the provisions Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO). Jo holds a Diploma Level 3 in Childcare and Young People's Workforce. Jo has attended additional

safeguarding, SENCO, NCFE level 2 in safe handling of medicines and epi-pen training and has used makaton on a daily basis for over 5 years .
